✅ 1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all paid services, including research reports, recommendation subscriptions, and advisory services.
Note: Investment in securities is subject to market risk. Returns are not guaranteed.
✅ 2. Eligible Refund Situations
- Service not delivered due to internal issues
- Cancellation within 7 working days (unused services only)
- Early termination – refund for unutilized full months
- Technical issues unresolved within 7 working days
- Regulatory suspension by SEBI
- Double payment or SEBI-limit overcharge (₹1,51,000/year/family)
❌ 3. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Dissatisfaction due to investment losses
- Accessed/downloaded services
- Partial month usage
- Refund requests after 7-day window (unless covered above)
- Breach of Terms/KYC violations
- Force majeure events (e.g., lockdowns, disasters)
- Administrative/onboarding fees marked non-refundable
- Third-party platform issues beyond our control

- Your name & payment details
- Service name and reason for refund
- For early termination – provide 10 working days’ notice
Processing Time: 5–10 working days
Note: Refunds issued only via original payment method (no cash).
